Cancellations and Returns

Upon reviewing sales made through the Bimsa Reports website, the page shows the products and their detailed descriptions. There is no record of any sales cancellations made through this method. Sales made through the Bimsa website are charged at 100%, after which the product(s) are released, which may be in physical form or through the delivery of access codes.

Cancellations

When a customer requests to cancel a purchased product, they must contact customer service, which can be done by phone, email, or chat (as previously offered). The customer must provide the invoice number, which will confirm the delivered product and the amount paid.

Refunds

The customer must complete the following information.

Administration and Finance will review the refund request to ensure it is valid. If physical material was delivered, it is required that the customer return it to authorize the refund. The Treasury will schedule the payment for the Thursday following the date on which Administration and Finance has approved the payment.
